COB means Chips on Board, which means the chip is packaged directly on the PCB board.

The difference between COB strip and LED strip
(1) Due to the structural characteristics of the COB lamp belt, the luminous surface is a linear colloid; The LED light belt, its structure is a luminous lamp beads, posted on the PCB board. So the light emitted by the COB lamp belt should be much uniform, linear, and there is no spot;
(2) The COB chip is directly fixed on the PCB board, and the heat of the chip can be quickly transferred to the PCB board. So COB lamp chip heat dissipation speed is faster than LED lamp belt, so COB lamp belt light attenuation is smaller, longer life;
(3)The luminous Angle of the luminous surface of the COB lamp bar can reach 180°.
